Where to Stay
Northern Michigan is a popular summer destination, and August 28-30 will be busy! Accommodations will sell out fast if not booked early. We highly suggest booking arrangements ASAP once you know you're able to join us!
You'll notice we have plenty of options to choose from! We hope you can find one that fits your needs - whether you're looking for an upscale lakeside stay, or in search of a budget friendly option. We also encourage you to check out Airbnbs & VRBOs - if traveling with a group (family or friends), these can be the most cost effective (and fun!) accommodations. Please note that our shuttle will run to and from the Weathervane, however, there are several hotels in the area within walking distance - anyone is welcome to walk or drive to the Weathervane to hop on the shuttle. Charlevoix and Petoskey are the closest towns to our venue, both of which will immerse you in the small town charm that we love so much!
Weathervane Terrace Inn & Suites
*Hotel best for: guests wanting a nostalgic place to stay only steps away from downtown Charlevoix but also close to Lake Michigan! This hotel is a bit older. There is a 2 night hotel minimum. If you want to be in the heart of downtown Charlevoix, this is the most affordable option!

Edgewater Inn
*Hotel best for: Guests seeking a waterfront condo-hotel experience. We have personally stayed here and it's amazing!! Located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views, steps away from downtown Charlevoix. Each condo is owned by separate private owners and only booked through the Edgewater Inn (meaning, no room block or discount code available). Requires 2 night minimum. 2 room suites available - a great choice friends or family who want to share a condo. Reservations open Nov 2, 2025... FYI, they book fast!
